About Miller's Martial Arts

Miller's Martial Arts was established in 1996 in the town of Seward.   In 2023 TEAM MMA moved into a 5,000 square foot facility at 915 Graham Avenue, Windber.

The style taught at Miller's Martial Arts is Tang Soo Do. While training you will learn the philosophies and etiquette of the Korean martial art. Instruction will include basic techniques, forms, sparring, self-defense, and weapons. This will be done while enjoying a workout both mentally & physically.

Miller's Martial Arts stresses the importance of family, respect, and good grades. Some of the curriculum at Miller's Martial Arts will include perfect attendance awards, good grade recognition and junior leadership.  Since 2012 TEAM MMA offers a Bring a Friend Night, Family Class, and a FREE Women's Self Defense Class each month.

Miller's Martial Arts continues to be in the community by performing demonstrations for events such as Richland Community Days and The Wings of Hope.   Since 2008 TEAM MMA has raised $27, 470.19 for the Wings of Hope Cure For Cancer Demonstration.  The team has also been a part of the Kick For Excellence Veteran Demonstartion since 2018.  We have had the honor to perform at  the Altoona Curve Baseball Game numerous times as well as being a part of the half time show with the Harlem Globetrotters.

Why Chose Us? At Miller's Martial Arts we offer smaller class sizes for more individual attention. Classes during the month include the traditional teachings of Tang Soo Do but also include the following; Individual Belt Classes, Private Lessons, Girl Power Class, Free Women's Self Defense Class, Demo and Tournament Team.  With classes offered 5 days a week & students can train between 20 - 24 classes per month.

By becoming a member of TEAM MMA you have the ability to participate in events that include tournaments, student and family parties, demonstrations, and themed holiday classes. Come and be a part of the extended TEAM MMA family and see for yourself what separates us from other studios. Let my family train yours.
